What is your return policy for professional speed cubes?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and performance reasons, cubes that have been lubricated or modified by the user cannot be returned.
Are the cubes pre-lubricated and tensioned before shipping?
Most of our premium models come factory-lubed. However, we also offer a 'Pro-Setup' service where our experts will manually tension and lubricate your cube to your specific preferences before shipping.
